This book was prepared at the request of the Bermuda Superintendent of Real Estate in order for potential real estate licensees to understand both real estate principles and Bermuda laws related to practicing real estate in Bermuda. It includes revisions and updates made in 2017. This book is also available at the Superintendent's office in Hamilton. About the Author: John R. Morgan knows what's on the test: he spent three and one-half years at Assessment Systems, Inc. (ASI-now Pearson VUE) in its Real Estate Test Development program. During this period he was in charge of developing, maintaining, and enhancing the question pools and licensing exams for ASI's then-20] real estate client jurisdictions. Morgan conducted over two dozen state-specific test development committee meetings and consultations for real estate clients in those jurisdictions. His career at ASI culminated in drafting the general examination that, with minor recent changes, remains in use, then reviewing it and all of ASI's sales-level test questions with a national committee of Subject Matter Experts. Morgan entered the field of large-volume test development at the Educational Testing Service (ETS) where he spent several years writing, editing, and assembling material for the verbal portion of the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), Advanced Placement (AP) Literature examinations, and other ETS state and national programs.
